Chicken cutlets lightly fried and simmered with garlic, wine, lemon juice, chicken stock, butter, and parsley. Served with pasta.

Plat Du Jour is now providing our party platter pick-up menu with 24-hour notice. Pick up at the Chef Commissary Kitchen retail store in front of the building.
